The Harnett County Partnership for Children is a 501(c)(3)non-profit public/private organization designed to provide programs and services for young children ages birth to five and their families in Harnett County.

Our mission is to improve the quality of life for young children and families in Harnett County, North Carolina, through community based programs focusing on health, education and family support.

The Harnett County Partnership for Children administers Smart Start funds provided by the North Carolina General Assembly and privately donated funds to support programs that benefit children during the earliest years of life.
